Get Help with the Wheel

If you are unsure how a control works, tell us what you wanted to do and where you got stuck. Useful examples include importing names, changing weights, preventing repeat winners, adjusting sound, or opening a saved configuration on another device.

You may find an immediate answer in our custom-name setup guide, winner-removal tutorial, or saving and sharing guide. These explain the current workflow and common differences between a local save, a share link, and a backup file.

Send a Useful Bug Report

A report is easier to investigate when it describes a short sequence we can follow. Start with the page address and explain the action you took, the result you expected, and what happened instead. Mention whether the issue happens every time or only under particular conditions.

  • Include your device type, browser name, and browser version if you know it.
  • List the relevant settings, such as spin duration, winner-removal mode, or a selected design.
  • Use a few fictional names or harmless sample labels to reproduce the problem.
  • Include the wording of an error message or a cropped screenshot when it helps.

For example, “On my phone in Safari, selecting a saved wheel opens an empty list” is more useful than “The wheel is broken.” If the issue involves an imported file, describe its format before sending the file itself.

Protect Private Information in Your Message

Do not send passwords, login codes, payment information, or a private classroom or giveaway roster. Check screenshots for names, email addresses, browser tabs, and other details unrelated to the issue. Replace real participants with sample entries whenever possible.

A wheel share link includes its entry labels and settings. Read it as a copy of your configuration rather than a secret support token. If you send a link for troubleshooting, make a separate sample wheel first. We do not need access to your social-media account to discuss a manual giveaway workflow.

Suggest Features or Report Accessibility Problems

Tell us which task a new feature would help you complete. A concrete example, such as a quieter winner display for a classroom, gives more useful context than a feature name alone. Suggestions may inform later changes, but sending an idea does not promise that it will be added.

For an accessibility concern, describe the control or page involved and any relevant browser, keyboard, screen-reader, or display settings. You do not need to disclose a medical condition. Explain the practical barrier and what would make the interaction easier to use.

Content Corrections and General Questions

If a guide contains an unclear instruction or factual mistake, include the article address and quote the short passage that needs attention. Explain the correction and share an authoritative reference when one is available. We also welcome questions about wording, unsupported feature claims, or an example that could be clearer.

For a concern about content or an image, identify the exact page and the material involved. Describe your connection to the material and the change you are requesting. Keep the message focused on information needed to understand the issue.

Privacy Requests and Follow-Up

Questions about information you have emailed us can be sent to Contact@spinwheeel.online. Our Privacy Policy explains the distinction between correspondence and wheel data stored on your own device. We cannot recover browser data that has already been cleared.

This page opens your email application; it does not submit a website form. Check that your message was sent through your email service. A reply time is not guaranteed, so keep a backup plan for a time-sensitive event. Include the original subject when following up so the context stays together.
